**THE ROLE**
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive pipeline creation and build the relationships that turn target accounts into revenue opportunities. You'll sit at the center of outbound, partnerships, and early\-stage deal discovery \-\- working closely with our GTM pod and founders to fill and accelerate the top of our sales funnel.
This is an ownership role. You'll have clear targets, real autonomy over how you hit them, and direct visibility into the impact of your work on company revenue.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
* Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone across priority verticals and account segments.
* Identify and engage target accounts in financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and other core markets.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision\-makers before the formal sales process begins.
* Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities, then hand off cleanly to the Enterprise Sales team.
* Develop partnership and channel opportunities where relevant.
* Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Lead on campaign alignment, messaging, and lead quality feedback.
* Maintain strong CRM discipline \-\- all activity tracked, all data clean.
* Continuously test and refine outreach messaging and sequencing based on what's working.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
* 2\-6\+ years in business development, SDR/BDR, or SaaS sales roles.
* Strong outbound prospecting experience across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
* Ability to qualify leads and understand enterprise buying processes.
* Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
* Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
**Nice to have:**
* Experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech environments.
* Exposure to enterprise sales cycles or complex deal structures.
* Experience working across US, UK, or African markets.

Pay: $500,000\.00 \- $1,000,000\.00 per year
