Our client is a publicly listed, AI\-first Salesforce Summit Partner (top 1% globally) is hiring its first dedicated commercial seller for US.

Live customers already on the ground. Seven\-figure ACV deals. Full territory ownership from day one.

**Why this role is different**

You're not joining an existing AU sales team, because there isn't one yet. What you inherit is a working US customer base, live delivery capability, and a top\-1% Salesforce partner badge that opens executive doors immediately. The product works in market. The territory is yours to define.

For a senior hunter, this is the rare role where what you build, you keep. Account ownership, comp acceleration, and influence over the local strategy all compound off the foundation you lay in year one.

**What you'll actually do**

* Scale the US territory using the existing customer base as a reference launchpad
* Run full\-cycle enterprise sales: prospect, discover, shape, negotiate, close
* Target seven\-figure ACV deals across Energy, Financial Services, and Retail
* Sell at the CIO, CDO, CRO, and Transformation Director altitude
* Shape the local GTM: pricing, sequencing, partner relationships, and the first case studies that anchor the regional story

**Who this is for**

You've spent the last 4\+ years selling enterprise services or platforms into the US market. You know what it takes to land a seven\-figure deal with an S\&P 500 account: the political navigation, the procurement cycles, the executive sponsor management.

You have an active network you can call on from week one. Not LinkedIn connections. Actual relationships with buyers who'll take a meeting because it's you asking.

You've sold Salesforce, or sold alongside it. You're fluent in the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce landscape. You don't need to be technical. You need to be technically credible.

You're a hunter who can also leverage. The existing accounts give you reference firepower. Your job is to turn that into pipeline, not to manage renewals. The first 12 months will be \~80% net new.
