VP Sales & Marketing
**Job Summary**
We are seeking to hire 5\-10 commission\-based business consultants to run our strategic Vice President of Sales and Marketing pipeline, leading our company's sales and marketing initiatives. This executive role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, expanding market presence, and fostering strong relationships with B2B or institutional clients. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B sales, marketing, and business development, with proven leadership and skills to drive revenue growth and brand recognition across diverse industries including Financial, Investment, Capital Markets and Advisory, and Commercial Real Estate. This position offers an opportunity to run your own business consulting practice, grow your own book of institutional clients and influence company direction and achieve significant business impact through innovative approaches and team leadership, growing and leading your own sales team 100% remotely and globally.
**Responsibilities**
* Use our system to develop and connect strategic business consulting services to an earn high sales commissions, contracting your own book of clients, and leveraging our network with shared revenue models across multiple markets globally.
* Lead, motivate, and manage your own sales, and team long term, leveraging the company bran and marketing tools, strategies to ensure high performance, sales, scalability of your own business and professional growth.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key institutional and B2B clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
* Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns from our proven process that enhances brand visibility and generates qualified leads.
* Utilize CRM tools such as ZoomInfo to track sales activities, send blast emails, and optimize sales processes.
* Drive new business development initiatives through outreach sales efforts, networking, and remote sales over Zoom.
* Negotiate contracts, fee agreements, and partnership deals that align with company goals, while getting support with a small executive group internally.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, services, B2B customer needs, and competitive positioning.
* Collaborate with internal executive team to align offerings with market demands.
* Monitor own sales and team performance metrics proactively and provide strategic guidance for continuous improvement.
**Experience**
* Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in marketing, finance, technical sales (SaaS), or Commercial Real Estate, Investment Banking and Private Equity environments.
* Extensive experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
* Strong background in customer service excellence and account management.
* Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a focus on business development.
* Proficiency with CRM Sales platforms for managing sales pipelines.
* Excellent negotiation skills with a history of closing high\-value deals remotely.
* Leadership experience managing cross\-functional teams in a fast\-paced environment.
* Analytical skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer insights for strategic decision\-making.
* Prior deal experience is an asset in developing innovative sales strategies that drive growth is highly desirable.
